At Closet & Botts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, if you are not entirely happy, you can return your items within 28 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.

Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the return form and RMA number are clearly included inside the box.

  Ship the Item

  Send your parcel back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
